Using Merge. Printing multiple records

      Hi,

      I’m a (very!) new InDesign user and I’m trying to create a “Day to View” calendar. I’ve set up the merge data and created a document etc. All good.

      Now, what I’m trying to do is to print the same day (one record) multiple times on a page (effectively 4 up) with crop marks. In other words, Jan 1 four times on a printed page – so when the whole thing is merged & printed, I can get four small calendars out of 365 pages, if you follow me.

      However, whatever I’m doing, I’m either getting one day per page OR four separate days per page.

      I’d very much appreciate any help. Thanks!
