Using automaticpage numbering on pages using a French Fold

      So a french fold has the right hand page on the left side of the page and the following left hand page on the right side of the page… with it folding to create the front and the back. If I set this up as a single page that folds in half to create the front and the back side of the page, how do I make use of automatic page numbering, since the front and the back exist on the same page?

      Iwas thinking I could set the book up as single pages and print it as spreads and that would take care of the numbering problem, but would I be able to print spreads from inside the Book Palette?

      Any help with this would be appreciated!
