My boss gave a me pdf that I have to create links for emails & websites. The problems I have are:

The pdf was created from QuarkXpress (yes, at work I'm still using it) The references for the websites don't have the word www. meaning that Acrobat doesn't recognize them when pdf is generated. I can Find-search in the pdf for every instance of the word .com, create a web link, copy-paste them on the different pages in the pdf which I found is painful to do it in Acrobat 9 because when copying whatever you are pasting it lands in a different spot in the pdf.

I would love your advise (for all the designers out there) if is it better to save the Quark document as version 4, opened in iD, find every instance of the word .com, create all the hyperlinks, create a pdf or continue working on the pdf generated form Quark which I don't like.
