Upgrade from InDesign CS 5.5 to CS 6

      About 18 months ago I upgraded InDesign CS 5 to 5.5. The installer failed. I eventually got on to an Adobe chat line where a human took me through the process of inserting my original disc, then my CS 5 disc, then she gave me a secret number (to prevent fraud I guess) than I inserted the upgrade disc and it worked (after 30 minutes of chat).

      — I cannot find Adobe chat anywhere: what is the address please?

      — If chat is not available, how can I get my upgrade to work please? I have paid money for it.

      Sorry we can’t help you with install problems. That does seem strange. You’d need to find that information at the Adobe support site: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html
