unwanted section starts in ID file

      I have a CS3 ID file which was converted from Quark.

      It seems that every single page has it's own SECTION START! All was well during the entire editing process, all the page numbers are correct, no new sections show up as being renumbered.

      Now I am done and I have added 2 more blank pages to the end of my book to fill out the signature requirments and I cannot get the last 2 pages to be facing pages with the 2 I added. When I select the rogue page that I want to “pull up”, indeed it does have a new section start which I de-select.

      Doesn't work, I go back to the Numbering and Section Options and AGAIN is has selected “START SECTION”.

      HELP! This is driving me nuts. What have I done wrong?
