unlinking embedded text file

      Does anyone know if there is a way to unlink an embedded text file in CS4, but keep the text in the text frames? I don't have the text file and it keeps showing up as missing in the links panel. It's not a big deal, but I'd like to know if there is a way.

      Clicking on the link in the links panel, right mouse click, Unlink, works fine in CS4 version 6.0.6. The Unlink option did indeed not appear in the first versions of InDesign CS4.
