    Hello, here is our office we work with indesign cc and we always spent a long time going through a document we are putting together, to find all trademarks that are in that document and list them so that we can make the copyright section of that work we are doing. My question is, is there a script that could automatically find all trademarks (words) that are on that particular document? this way we would not have to go through the entire document and manually taking note of them. Of course we have all trademarks in a separate document for reference so we know what words are trademark. Hope I am clear here.

    Perhaps one way to do it would be to feed your list of trademarks into Indexmatic and let it index the documents:
    https://www.indiscripts.com/category/projects/IndexMatic
    Anything that it finds would show up in the index, so you’d know where it is. Would that help?

    Hello David,
    thanks for your reply, I have seen the earlier version of Indexmatic, which is for free and this would do the job. Unfortunately this version does not seem to work with indesign cc or cs6. This means I would have to purchase the Indexmatic 2 which is what I will do.
    Thanks for your help and if you get across any other suggestions it would be appreciated.
    BTW I see your videos at lynda.com all the time, your videos are great :)
