Top and bottom indents on bordered paragraph

      I’m playing with the new border paragraph function in inducing CC2018.
      I figured out it is possible to offset the stroke from you paragraph to give my text some space in its border but this makes the border fall outside the column width.
      To solve this, in stead of offsetting the stroke I indented the text left and right.
      This brings me to my question. Is there a way to indent the text from the top and the bottom. For now I offset the top an bottom stroke and used space before and after the paragraph. This works most of the time. Only when a boxed paragraph starts at the top or ends at the bottom of the page the top and bottom strokes don’t align with the top or the bottom of the page.
