TOC Styles for EPUB

      I am trying to create an EPUB from an ID layout created for print. My chapter title style definition includes space before and after. I have created a TOC Style that includes the chapter title style. Problem: when I export to Digital Editions with that TOC Style selected, the space before and after the chapter titles does not appear in the EPUB. If I export using the Default style or no TOC entries, the space before and after the chapter titles is retained…but then I have no TOC entries. Thanks for any clues about what is going on.
