TOC page range

      I need to specify a page range rather than having the same topic repeated with different page numbers. Any ideas?

      You can do this with cross references – ignore the TOC feature for this.

      Actually, an index is usually better for page ranges.

      David, you’re right I’ve been pouring over indexes and TOCs and it seems awkward to use a range. Eugene I will undoubtably use your link once I figure out what I want to treat the TOC and move on to the index.
