TOC generated PDF Destinations

      Does anyone have any experience with Text Anchors/Destinations automatically generated from a TOC?

      I have a lot of documents I need to export from InDesign with bookmarks and destinations included so I can use the PDF open parameters and open them from a URL.

      The problem I am having is the bookmarks are being generated fine, but the corresponding destination in the PDF is coming out named the document name plus a random number string. I need to control that naming structure so I can link to things inside a pdf from a URL.
