TOC baseline shift issue

Hi all,
I created a table style and i’m having and issue with it’s titles overlapping a bit like this:
The reason this is happening is because the page number style is set as a larger font than the TOC – Level 1 title and is baseline shifted down by 20 pt.
The problem that i’m facing is that because it overlaps with a TOC – Level 2 title sometimes when clicking on the last Level 2 titles i’m being sent to the next Level 1 title.Is there any way to avoid this without increasing the spacing for the TOC – Level 1 titles?
