Hello everyone in the house and, Hi Anne

Please, I am experiencing something strange considering my level of knowledge in InDesign CC, I took up all my time constructing my EPUB in InDesign by linking some texts to external web address (URL) after which I exported as reflowable EPUB and view it using adobe digital edition 1.7 or so, when I click on any of the linked text expecting a browser windows to open Insearch of the address linked, the whole thing remain adamant, nothing happened, please what could this mean, does it mean that what I did is not doable in EPUB? Linking to external URL in EPUB do not work?

Thought I linked everything well using the normal process of linking text to external URL. When I exported as PDF or html it worked fine, all the text linked responded to the address attached to it. Is there any other means or a kind of trick to make it work in EPUB? Please help. Anne please pay attention!

Can you produce a sample page ePub that shows the problem? The ePub is just HTML inside, so one has to look at it and see if the link is correct in the HTML file.

Thank you for the reply, the problem has been resolved there was nothing wrong anywhere, EPUB just decides not to respond, I closed the EPUB and went to rest, the next day I reopened it , then clicked on the same link, it responded accordingly, thank you for showing concern .
