    Hi

    I am looking for a free template (if there is one) for creating a workbook – giving the user the opportunity to have spaces to answer questions etc.

    Do you know if there is one available?

    Thanks for this. For some reason it wouldn’t open up for me. I double-clicked on the file but it just shows a blank screen. Did I do something wrong?

    Okay – it finally opened! Don’t know why it wouldn’t work. Looks great. Gives me some ideas. Thank you for this.
