Tab thru fields in panels and pop up, but how to activate list menus?

Another silly question! Basically when in a pop up menu say Paragraph Style you can tab thru all the sidebar topics (General, Basic Character Formats etc..) and text entry fields, Style Name, Font etc…but what about the list menu items and radio buttons for example in Paragraph Style Options>Indents and Spacing>Alignment what keystroke would let you scroll thru the options in this list and select an option? Or click the radio button below Balance Ragged Lines.

Seems a bit weird that you can half interact with a panel by tabbing thru fields but half the elements are accessible!

I believe that works okay on Windows, and it's a setting in Mac OS System Preferences.

Many thanks for the info, I'm on Mountain Lion on a Macbook, its probably buried in some obscure corner of Systems Preferences or maybe near the fn key! It's all in an effort to keep the hands on the keyboard and get faster in InDesign.
