      Hi,

I'm working on a book document consisting of some sixty files (so it's quite a long document). Now if at some late stage in the editing process I choose to change, say, some settings in the Text Frame Options in one document, how do I make all other documents in the book aborb this change?

I understand the Synchronize Book option does not copy the settings in the Text Frame Options dialog box nor the ones in the Document Footnotes Options to other files. But I trust there is a way that makes changing these settings sixty times superfluous …

If you apply object styles containing the justification you would be able to synchronize that object style accross all of the documents.

Yes you will need all the frames to be assigned with the same object style, but unless you did that… your going to go in and change them all manually then you can adjust one of the document and synchronize it with the rest.

      Good luck with it
