I understand that CC Upgrade is a revolution for dealing with fonts in Indesign.
I just want to know how I can switch between all my fonts as before. For example I choose a word and try to see it in different fonts by using Character window and arrows – and I see only recent fonts…
But I don’t want this, and I don’t want to search a font by name – I just want to switch from font to font, as before, wasting my time, but finally to find smth I like :)

Select a word, press Command-6 (or Ctrl-6 on Windows) which selects the font name in the Control panel.

Tap the down arrow or up arrow key to move through the list of installed fonts. You should see your selected word get formatted with each font (in alpha order of all your installed fonts, not just most recent) as it becomes active with the arrow key.

      Doesn’t work? Working here.

Interesting – it works only first time!
After you choose a specific font using control panel or character window – it switches to recently fonts used ..
Any new word chosed – listing the fonts works good till you choose some font specifically! Then it lists only within recent ones..
