Swf from InDesign got cropped?

      I'm trying to make an interactive PDF from InDesign with animation on page.

      Animation is a 200% grow effect starting from the left, and export to swf then re-import back to InDesign.

      After the interactive PDF was created. The animated swf will always be chop off by 1/8″ to the right side no matter what percentage I'm setting it to.

      Any one can give me a light on it will be appreciate.
