Swapping images between text frames easily

      I’ve got two text frames set up exactly the way I want them, with varied rounded corners applied to each one. I want to swap places with one image for the other (putting the image in the right text frame into the left one), but can’t seem to find an easy way to do that except to delete both images and place them again. Is there a “cut and paste” trick? Or a way to reload the cursor?
