Style Settings includes inactive items

      Does this bother anyone else? In playing with a heading design, at one point I had Rule Below turned on and parameters set. Then I turned it off in favor of a Rule Above. But the list of Style Settings on the General tab still shows the Rule Below and all it’s parameters, even though it’s turned off and I tried to reset everything to default/nothing. Anyone know how to eliminate the settings for a Rule no longer in use in the style?

      I never noticed that before… but yes, it’s annoying!
      I think the only solution would be to turn Rule Above back on, change the settings back to their defaults, and then turn Rule Above off again. Or hit the Reset to Base button (but that will likely wipe out a lot).
