Strange behaviour rounded corners

      If i create a rectangle 4 x 4 mm and set the corner radius on 2 mm then normally it becomes a circle. But since CS6 it stays a rectangle with about 1 mm radius.

      I checked the same option in Illustrator and there it still works well.
