I’ve designed a magazine for interactive pdf output. I manually create hyperlinks for each item in the ToC, linking it to the page in the magazine where that article begins.

My problem is that while, for the most part, this technique works fine, I am experiencing baffling non-functionality for a handful of the hyperlinks I’ve created. Most items in the ToC, when hovered over in the outputted interactive pdf, show the finger-pointing cursor; but 4 — which to my knowledge are created exactly the same as the other successful hyperlinks — display the 5-fingered hand cursor, and do nothing when clicked.

I’ve gone back to these non-compliant hyperlinks, reset them and hit OK, in case that triggers a restoration of function. But no change.

      Que faire!?
