Share for Review Comments Missing, Gone, Disappeared, Vanished Without a Trace

      I have been using Share for Review just fine for months; but all of a sudden on 05/16/22 all of the comments saved in Share for Review in multiple InDesign files just vanished. In one case, the comments actually disappeared right before my eyes. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to find my missing comments?

      whoa that is scary. I have not had that happen but I’m not in the middle of a review at the moment.

      I guess I’d try logging out/in of CC cloud to see if they reappear.

      You know if you Save As you lose your comments, but it doesn’t sound like that’s what happened.

      Maybe a glitch in their servers?

      Yes, scary. I also think it’s a glitch in their servers. The issue has been reported by a few more users on the Adobe Support Community; but, so far, there isn’t a solution. Here’s the response from Adobe as of 05/18/22: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. We’re able to replicate the issue at our end. Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible. So stay tuned for updates, and thanks in advance for your patience.”

        Good News! Adobe says this morning that the issue is fixed and they are working to restore any lost comments.
