    Hi

    Is there a way to to have a few stories in one file, for example I am designing a book with short stories but i don’t know yet the order of the stories, is there a way to have them separate so when I arrange the order i don’t have to copy and paste to the right order

    Sure, you can split the longer “story” into individual stories.
    If the current story threads across multiple pages, you can use this to break it up:

    You would need to move the pages around in the Pages panel. It is not easy, unfortunately. You can make pages inside the Pages panel easier to find by labeling them:

    Another idea is to make each story a different InDesign document, and then put them together in a Book panel. That makes it very easy to move them around.
