      Hi and help :-)

Have a lots of tables with numbers, and some cells are empty (indicating 0)
The empty cells only has “end of paragraph” showing when hidden characters is on.
I want to add a “-” in the empty cells.
Is it possible to make a GREP search for this?

I can find “end of paragraph”, but how to only add “-” to the empty cells, keeping the cells containing numbers untouched?

You can search for ^\z (caret backslash z) to find an empty cell. But the Change doesn’t appear to work. Not sure why. Bug?

Oh yes, this is a bug. I find an empty cell and then I press an arrow key on the keyboard and it moves the whole text frame! That is bad. Very weird.

      Thanks, almost there.

The Change works if I put in “Found text” and then -.
Change all, the one I am after, replies with zero changes though…

Wow. You’re right. Change and Change/Find works, but not Change All.

Well… it is really a bug. I tried this in CS5 and CS6, but failed. However, it worked in CC14. Although the Change All isn’t working.
