script to flag/prompt when certain words are found when opening a file?

      The company I work for has a habit of changing products names once they've been used in numerous places, forcing us to go through each file and check for those names being used and correcting them. Is there any way to flag or hilight or give a warning when a filed opened contains any of those names?

      I'm thinking maybe a script that runs when each file is opened, referecening a list of names from a text file? Any ideas would be welcome!
