Script for removing paragraph return from specific text?

      Anyone know of a script that would help me with this?

      I regularly have documents with lots of freestanding text frames that have text following this pattern: First Name (possibly middle name or initial), paragraph return, Last Name. That is all that is in the text frame.

      I need to easily remove these paragraph returns and replace them with regular spaces. There are other “normal” text frames in the documents that I would not want to be affected. I assume that some wonderful scripting genius knows a way to define these frames with only the First Name, paragraph return, Last Name pattern. Thanks.

      Have you got these First Name and Last Name using Paragraph or Character Styles?

      When I get these files I am cleaning up after someone else. Usually no styles are applied.
