Saving customizations for new install

For reasons that are too depressing to relate, I need to completely reformat my computer (which runs Windows 7) and do a clean reinstall of everything on it. This means that I am going to lose all of the customizations that I have made to my Adobe products. I was able to find a good video on saving Lightroom customizations, but nothing similar for InDesign–which is the Adobe product where I have the most customized elements. I am not just talking about my preferences, but things like keyboard shortcuts, GREP search/replace queries, etc. I got a new computer less than a year ago, and am still finding elements that I had customized that I didn’t even remember until I can’t use them again (2 hours spent yesterday trying to recreate that GREP search/replace query).

Can anyone direct me to a resource that tells me which folders I should back up somewhere before wiping my system and reinstalling?
