Working on a large book, I often have a few dozen files open in ID CS5 (opened via the Book panel). Now to be on the safe side, every 15 minutes or so I would like to save the changes I have applied to all open documents. So I go to each document in turn and save it (interestingly, most of the time I have to save it twice before the asterisc from the tab disappears), which is quite time-consuming. Alternatively, I can close the book, but then ID asks me for each document whether I want to save the changes that have been made, and afterwards, yes, I have to open the whole book again, which is similarly time-consuming.

Is there a one-click solution to save all changes that have been made in all open documents?

      I believe it is command-option-shift-S (or ctrl-alt-shift-S)
