OK, I'm confused! I've upgraded from CS2 to CS5.5 – maybe a leap too far because I have a problem that I can't seem to find the exact answer to.
I publish a local magazine with pre-determined advert sizes. For instance my quarter page ad is 62mm x 93mm. In CS2 I could place a graphic (PDF/JPG) and use the Width/Height section to size it exactly, regardless of the size and proportion of the original. Now, in CS5.5 I have to first size my bounding box, then scale the graphic, using ctrl-shift and drag or clicking on the Scale percentages, but there seems to be no way that I can scale to an exact round number. I might get close (62.104mm x 92.985) but not the exact size that I want. Is there any way to set the scaling so that it only uses whole numbers? Why can't I scale to a size rather than a percentage? How do I know the exact percentage I need of a graphic without using a calculator?
Thanks.
