replacing items on running headers

      On the master page, I have definied a paragraph style for the running header, and so I have an appropriate header on every page. Very nice.

      Using a GREP expression, I should now modify the running header on each page. But although “Include Master Pages” is turned on, ID fails to find the expressions I am looking for. Could it be that what I am trying to do is not possible without the help any external tool?

      Text 'in' automatic running headers cannot be edited, because all there is in your document is a single “<Running Header>” variable code.
