Removing and Adding Pages

      This issue of adding or deleting pages from a document that has right and left hand pages has been addressed before.

      I read Alan Gilberton’s solution of what to do after the fact.

      Previously, David commented that this problem is a difficult one and “especially when the design has not accounted for the possibility for this kind of change from the beginning.”

      What I would like to know is what David is talking about here. What can be done in anticipation that pages might have to be added later?

      I understand this is only a problem if the added pages are not multiples of twos.
