I have seen the post that Kelly recommended. It appears to relate to InDesign Books and not necessarily to individual files.
InDesign does store the location of linked and embedded media; however your media points toward the Links folder.
You didn’t happen to beef up your package manifest file with the original link locations? Mike Rankin provided a fantastic tip in his Lynda.com video titled Creating Long Documents with InDesign. He recommends that prior to creating the package:
1. You open the package dialog, click Report, and save the file (This file would include the original linked media paths).
2. Create your package and then open up both the package manifest and the previously saved report.
3. Cut and paste the entire Links and images section from your report into your package manifest.
This ensures that you have the original location to these files. Having the full path has proved useful in locating who may hold the original.
If you did do this, you can export your InDesign file as IDML and swap the paths out using a script. Unless you have thousands of linked items, I would assume the trouble it would take to work on the script would be more than individually addressing the relinking.
