Publish Online/Spread page numbers

      Been playing around with the “Publish Online” button. And our biggest issue (right now) is, if we have a 4-page doc, the page numbering on page 1 says “page 1 of 3,” page 2 & 3 says “2 of 3” page 4 says “page 3.”

      Is there a way that it can read the pages correctly?
      I’m fine with it, our customers, however, will be super confused.
