Problems with World Tools Pro?

      Anyone else having problems with the plugin ‘World Tools Pro’ from InTools?
      Mine was working OK a month or so ago, but when I came to start a Japanese project yesterday, the World Tools CJK and RTL palettes appeared, but were completely blank.
      The problem is similar if not identical to one that occurred in 2014, described at https://in-tools.com/learning/forum/world-tools/world-tools-panel-wont-show/ . I experienced the same thing back then, and the problem was fixed by the ZXP fix that Harbs provided (bottom of page 1 of that thread).
      Tried reinstalling that, but no luck.
      I’ve contacted the company, but no response so far.
      Any ideas?
