I created a sales proposal document in InDesign CC for a client, the last two pages of which is a form for them to list items to be sold, pricing, totals, etc. Although I created the forms as part of the InDesign document, I set the up the live fields in Acrobat after saving the document as a pdf. The forms work fine for my client on his desktop, but when the pdf is viewed on iPhone or iPad, the fields on the form are blank (and some of his customers are saying the fields are blank on their computers, too).

I am at a total loss of how to fix this problem. Can anyone help me?

      Thanks!

This may be a problem based on what PDF reader they’re using on the phone/tablet. Some pdf readers support forms, and some don’t. Are they using Adobe Reader?

There is a LOT that mobile pdf readers often don’t display properly. Frustrating.

      Thank you, David. I’ll check.
