printing multiple page sizes CS5

      Hi. Just wondering if anyone has worked out how to print multiple sized pages, without printing them separately. If you have a document A4 for instance and then you have one page A3, InDesign wants to just print the A3 page as A4. I have clients that want to print documents where the A3 pages are automatically recognised and just print from the other tray. I know about the button Select all pages matching current size of page etc, but that just means that you print pages manually, how do they print automatically. We have tried different options on the printer, but to no avail. Cheers
