Print blank pages with separations

      “The option ‘Blank Pages’ prints all pages in the specified page range, even if no text or objects appear on a page. This option is unavailable when you are printing separations.” Sometimes I need to make a pdf with blank pages, but when I want to make a pdf of only a fifth color, then the option is not available.
      I used to solve this in making a text frame on each page with a bullet, or other letter for that matter in the fifth color I use, in de corner on the outside of the page. I wonder how I can do this more easy. Does anybody know? By the way I think its rather annoying that this option is not available when printing or making Pdf’s using separations.
