      Have you, who, like me, lay out books for a living, noticed that just about every client has to have both a print layout and a reflowable ePub layout? And they generally expect their ePub layout to look exactly like their print layout?

      I issue a canned response full of disclaimers, then hope for the best. They must all be going to the same “Publish Your Book!” seminar.
