Price update from an Excel file

Hi,
I was asked to work on a multipage price list catalogue where the prices need to be updated frequently.
The new prices are on a Excel table like the one below.
Is there a plug-in, or a script, that can speed up the work? I was thinking about a recursive find/replace based on the SKU.
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
