Pop up window in FLX?

I’m producing an interactive PDF and/or FLX users manual. Within the manual are discussions regarding various forms and samples of the forms. I put all the forms at the end of the document with links within the document to each form. At the top of each form I put a return link to get back within the document where they were. But this is not working out so well as far as the user’s understanding on navigating back and forth. Is there a way (script?) to just have the form pop up in a separate window? Some forms are just one page and some forms can be up to five pages. Any suggestions on improving this user experience? Or is this idea more of a DPS or ePub type of interactivity?
      Thank you Wanda

As far as I know, Wanda, it’s not possible to include a form (or at least, one that users can fill out) in an EPUB.

You might look at something like PubCoder, CircularFLO, or the In5 plug-in (he might have a forms widget..?) which allow for more interactivity in FXL exported from ID.

We’ll be talking and demo-ing these kinds of solutions at PePcon (https://pepcon.com) in June … questions like these are *exactly* why we host the conference!
