placing multipage pdf files into InDesign cc2014

      When I place multipage pdf files using the script in InDesign and this script: MultiPageImporter2.5JJB.jsx, the pages do not go within the margins which I made in my document, thus making the script useless. Can anybody help with this?

      Try playing with the X and Y coordinates to position the pages. I think you can even tell which page box to use. Fit to page is an option too.
