      Hello,

      I need urgent help.

I have a major problem that I never had before.

Basically all the photos that I edited in Photoshop become really grey once I insert them into InDesign.

I searched online for a solution and found out that my Colour Settings were incorrect. This is strange as I have never had this problem or even knew about the different Colour Settings.

I played around with the settings in InDesign and managed to make it stop being grey and also it stopped being grey once I exported it as a pdf. However once I put it on dropbox or issuu.com it went grey again.

It is only the photos I edited in Photoshop that go grey. Can I convert the grey photos to the correct format?

Also what are the correct settings to upload online? I have changed the settings in InDesign so much that I don’t know if it is correct at the moment.

Here is what I currently have for Colour Settings in InDesign:

      Settings: Custom
      Advanced mode (ticked)

      Working spaces:
      RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1
CMYK: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2

      Colour Management Policies
      RGB: converted to working space
      CMYK: converted to working space

      Conversion options:
      Engine: Adobe (ACE)
      Intent: Relative Colorimetric

      Please help me.
