I was looking for something like this myself a few months back and Kelly Vaughn (@documentgeek) was kind enough to tell me about them, and mostly the output is very similar between the two, I ended up buying DTP2PDF and I can say the conversion options aren’t plentiful but they get you what you need (I can post a screenshot later if you like). I had Kelly convert the same 6 pages of a PDF with both plug-ins so I could see the difference in output so if you would like to compare the outputs here are links to them on Dropbox.
