      Hi Everyone:

Is there a script that provides information about a PDF? Such as what preset was used, resoution, etc.?

I think I saw it somewhere once.

      Thanx,Maggs

Using Acrobat Pro's Print Production > Preflight tools is probably your best bet. You'll find resolution of images using one of the many predefined presets. Presets can also be customized. There are other helpful tools such as Output Preview (color and overprints) in the Print Production area too.

Some general information such as fonts used and PDF version can be found under File > Properties.

I don't think I've ever seen presets listed anywhere, but that info would only be useful when non-customized standard presets were used.
