Pagination glitch

      Here's a weird one…

      I have a 114-page book. For some reason there are two pages, 111-112, that are missing their page numbers, both in the Idd doc and the PDF. 113 and 114 are where they're supposed to be. I'm using CS2. Any ideas what has caused those two page numbers to be suppressed?
