Pages change to pasteboard suddenly, maximum zoom

      Working in InDesign CS5 on a 400-page book with lots of images. Seemingly at random, about 30 pages of the book no longer show the page frame, so for instance I have page 156 and then the facing page, 157, is just pasteboard instead. This goes on for about 30 pages and then the “regular” pages come back. Also when I turn to page 156, InDesign changes from a 100% zoom to a 4000% zoom and I have to change it back. The same Master Pages used on the pages that have turned to pasteboard are also used on other pages with no problem, so it doesn’t seem to be a Master Page issue.

      Anyone ever encountered this before?
