      Hi,
I am producing documents that are 100-700 pages about every 6 months. In the mid section of this document is a set of resumes that require each resume to be identified of the page number that it is on. it’s a toc for this section, basically. I have this list in a table with 4 columns: 1) resume’s number (each one has to be numbered) 2) name of the person who’s resume it is 3) the role of this person 4) page number the resume starts on. I’ve gotten items 1-3, but i can’t figure out the best way for column four.

I thought of setting up a toc style, but it takes the name and the page number and I don’t want the name. I only want the page number and the page number doesn’t start with one, for example, the current one starts at page 238.

Another option i tought of doing, is, again setting up toc, let it take the name and the number, but then it’s no longer in a chart and i still have to have the left column numbering, so that doesn’t work.

Would this need a script? Can you help?

I will also post this on the facebook page, but I can’t get on facebook on my work computer. Appreciate in advance.

I haven’t tried it, but I would think a Cross Reference (x-ref) would work best. For example:

Thank you. I will try this out and give an update.
