One of my clients loves having all his company's booklets and brochures as flip books on their website. I think they must subscribe to a company that specialises in flip books or something. I tried to set it up in CS4 but although the pages flipped nicely, the cover (page 1) and the back cover each had a white page added (making a spread) which looks very odd. I thought this might have been 'cured' in CS5, but no.

I daresay the answer is to set these booklets up as single, not facing, pages. But my client doesn't like that — he likes the facing pages because the pictures and the text are only relevant when seen together …

Any answers to this do you think?

      Thanks so much.

Make your front and back cover a spread.

      Check out: https://www.prepress.fi/eDocker_eng/

Also, you might be able to make the first page a 2-page spread and fill the left page of that spread with the same color as the background, which would make it “disappear.”

Oh now I have to put in with the thing I use – https://page-flip.com/

      It's quite good.

I just wish Adobe had given us a tool like this for making page flip books. The page flip from InDesign is good, but it needs more. Like e-docker and page-flip can offer :D

Thank you David and Eugene for your comments. I downloaded a trial copy of each app. Couldn't understand the Finnish explanation of eDocker and the documentation for page-flip must be for programmers although I'm determined to get my brain cell round it. Although eDocker looked very easy to implement, and then I followed the instructions in the page-flip documentation, I must have missed something vital in both because all I got looked/behaved exactly the same as the file exported from InD. I'm off to their forums now to ask questions. Thanks again and fingers crossed.

hardly could you find free page flip resources.

I bought a online pageflip service at axmag.com. They offer customization service. All you need to do is clarify your requirement.
hardly could you find free page flip script. Also, Swftools.org offers linux software for developers.

      I listed the links below

I know there are some free page flip tools like Codebox, Issuu and Flipsnack, but they're of limited functions.

Personally, I prefer to use this one: https://www.kvisoft.com/flipboo…..maker-pro/

well, once I just want to find some flipiing book resource, happen to find one useful software to create my own flipping book, and flip page software is really very powerful, I decide to use it over a period of time.

It's good to see your post here, as I got some helpful information about recommended flash flipbook software here. That's great, but I am thinking to choose which one would be best for me, as recently, I saw a new page flip tool to create 3D flip book. The 3D effect of flipbook really makes me impressive, maybe I would choose the new tool…
