Packaged file folders

      Hi all,
      I have a question that has been nagging me for some time and can’t find an answer anywhere.

      When I package a file, namely a magazine file, it takes all the links that I’ve organized into folders by story, etc. and puts them in a generic “links” folder. Does anyone know of a way to maintain the file structure I have organized when packaging the file, or am I stuck with everything in one folder unless I organize it manually? Any advice is appreciated, any questions fire away, thanks!
